Description

As discussed in the last Lima meeting, we want that all the camera plugin have the same behaviour: ie having an exposure time, and automatically stop after the end of this exposure. For the ADSC there was not an automatic stop available from the driver.
we have then to simulate one.

I created a class Timer (see attahed Timer.h & Timer.cpp) that aims to simulate the integration time.
I'd like to add this class under in Lima/common/ because it is already needed for many plugins (MarCCD/Adsc).

Therefore, to simulate the integration time in Adsc/MarcCCD :
- we can call Timer.start() after prepareAcq()
- in the callback who receive the notification from Timer, we can call stopAcq()
