Description

For the Pilatus plugin, we want to manage the fact that the detector is in a Threshold calculation.
we are able to get this information by the camserver.
but we cannot manage the state because we are not in acquisition

there will be the same need for other pixel det (xpad,maxipix?)

We add in latest version AcqConfig. This is a new AcqStat enumerate which should be used when a device is in configuration stat.
